Sachin, having surpassed Lara's record, has become the highest test-run scorer. It remains to be seen how long can Sachin hang on to this record.

Ricky Ponting is breathing down his neck and moreover Sachin's batting proficiency is also on the wane.

So, how long can Sachin hold on to this record?

You're a pathatic, ridiculous, negative, pessimistic person. Just bugger off.

Rather than appreciating deeds of a man who has served country and fulfilled expectation of more than 1 billion people for more than 19 years, be considerate.

People like you should move to Pakistan.

Sachin still has a lot of "Test match" cricket left in him. Atleast next 2 years. He will hold this record for atleast 5 years, if not more.

Stop being ridiculous and play backyard cricket or stick cricket. You're an illerate person, who doesn't need to be here.

bugger off.

It is not a matter of concern that how much time sachin's test world record will last, what matters most is that in which way this genius has played and what are the moments he has provided to us.Sachin has given us so many resons to smile and cherish.
Our generation grown up seeing this batting, bowling. He is a superclass character.
May bay someday someone will break his record, but it doesnot compress this little genius status in our mind and all the sports loving people.
SALUTE YOU SACHIN....U ARE A REAL HERO.
God bless u.

He is one of the greatest cricketers of the Millennium. I'd love to watch him play for many more years.

Regarding the record: Ponting can't even come closer to our champion's feat. Not even he can surpass Sachin's century list. I wish he gets retired soon or get injured rest of his career.

SACHIN - We all love you!!!

Every true Indian knows: "CRICKET is the RELIGION and SACHIN is the GOD".

Sachin's record should no doubt stand unsurpassed....he has shouldered the responsibility of the team till around 1998....it was only later that players like saurav, rahul, sehwag, yuvi flowered and started playing consistently....

Sachin you are the best....you rule....

NO ONE PLAYED THIS GAME WITH SUCH KIND OF PRESSURE AND EXPECTATION EVER BEFORE,BUT STILL PEOPLE DONT STOP CRITICIZING SACHIN.I THINK ITS ABSURD AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.BRADMAN,
RICHARDS,SOBERS,GAVASKAR,LARA,PONTING NEVER PLAYED CRICKET WITH
SO MUCH ATTENTION AND PRESSURE.I THINK IF PEOPLE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SELECTORS WOULD ALLOW HIM TO PLAY TILL 2011,THEN HE COULD BECOME INVINCIBLE AND UNBREAKABLE.

If sachin scores 30 to 40 runs then we say he is not in form, but some players scores only 30 to 40 runs every match and we say that they are playing good. Always we have double standards when we discuss about sachin.

Sachin is a maestro of the game, Don't only see his batting see his comittment in the field, His age is 35 and he is diving like a youngstar and always making 100% in every thing he took up. Compare other persons of his age in India???,
