Tatenda Taibu is the best thing to happen to Zimbabwe cricket after Andy Flower. With height of barely five feet, Taibu is a solid batsman with array of strokes in his armory. He is a lively wicket-keeper behind the stumps with plenty of energy in him. Following the resignation of Heath Streak in 2004, Taibu was appointed the captain of the team. Due to dispute with the Zimbabwe cricket board, he quit international cricket in 2005. In 2007, he made a surprising return to the Zimbabwe side in ODI series against South Africa where he scored his maiden ODI century.
