Profile
On Test debut he hit 119 aged 17 years and 254 days against West Indies, at Harare in 2001. He was then the youngest Test century-maker but the record has since been broken by Mohammad Ashraful.Earlier in the year he had not only become the youngest Zimbabwean ever to score a first-class century, but also the first black player to do so.
Suspended his career in 2006 to study in South Africa.
