Right-hand batsman Hamilton Masakadza is the first black Zimbabwean to score a first-class century. He started his international career with a bang. In July, 2001, he became the youngest player to score a century on Test debut until his record was broken by Ashraful in the following month. A batsman with good technique, Masakadza gas been a regular in the Zimbabwe side for the past few years. He is also handy with his leg-break deliveries.
