He might have been a frustrated man, losing a series of his men one by one but Ponting has been pretty lucky with the tossing of coin in this ODI series. In the fifth match in Hyderabad, the Aussie skipper once again called it right at the toss and had no hesitation in batting first.

The Uppal pitch looks to be a belter of a track with a trace of grass spread all over the strip. While the batsmen would be licking their lips at the thought of batting here, there is something in there for the bowlers as well. The pitch is expected to offer an extra bounce, which the fast bowlers would like and we might also see a bit of turn.

Indian skipper MS Dhoni would be disappointed to have missed out on having a bat first on this track and to negate the loss of toss, he would want his bowlers and fielders to carry on from where they left at Mohali.

Teams

There are two changes each in both sides. While India have decided to rest Ishant Sharma and give Munaf Patel his first game of the series, Australia too, have axed Mitchell Johnson from the playing eleven and have picked debutant Clint Mckay. Australia also call in Hilfenhaus in place of injured Siddle and Gambhir comes back in the Indian side, leaving Virat Kohli out.
