Kingston (Jamaica):
West Indies captain Chris Gayle has admitted that his team needs to quickly sort out its weakness, as his players are focused on bouncing back by winning against India in the four-match series. The series starts on Friday with the opening match at Sabina Park.

“We were happy to be in the Twenty20 and happy to make the semi-finals but we're disappointed in the way we lost the game. We're now focused on rebounding by winning here against India,” Gayle said.

“We’re working hard to get a strong start on Friday and capitalise on that throughout the series,” he said.

Gayle said India would be determined to prove a point against his team at the Sabina Park on Friday, while the hosts would want to belt as many win as possible, making it a tough and interesting series.

“Both teams are looking to win and they (Indians) are trying to prove something against us.”
